TaskDivide is built on Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and SharePoint Online. These services provide enterprise‑grade security, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
  • Role‑based access control and identity management.
  • Audit logs and activity monitoring.
  • Microsoft‑managed backups and disaster recovery.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. Users should exercise caution when uploading sensitive information.

7. Financial Data & Bank Statement Privacy

TaskDivide processes bank transaction data for reconciliation and governance purposes. Transaction narratives may include payer names, reference descriptions, and payment identifiers.

Who Can Access This Information

Full transaction details are visible only to authorised finance roles, including:

  • Account Finance Administrators
  • Work Group Finance Administrators

All other users see masked or redacted versions of financial data to protect personal information.

How We Protect Financial Data

  • Role‑based access control limits visibility to authorised personnel.
  • Names and references are masked for general users.
  • Access to financial pages is logged and monitored.
  • Data is used solely for governance and financial administration.

If your name or payment reference appears in a transaction and you wish to request redaction or clarification, please contact the Group Finance Admin or Privacy Officer.

8. Document Storage & Public Access

TaskDivide stores uploaded documents in cloud‑based storage environments, including Microsoft Azure. In some cases, documents may be stored in containers configured for public or semi‑public access.

What This Means

Documents stored in publicly accessible containers may be retrievable by individuals who possess the direct file URL. These links are not indexed by search engines and are not intentionally shared, but access is not restricted by authentication.

User Responsibility

By uploading documents, you acknowledge and accept that files may be stored in publicly accessible cloud storage. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not contain sensitive personal information unless required and protected by additional safeguards.

Retention & Removal

Uploaded documents are retained for operational and governance purposes. You may request deletion of a document by contacting the site administrator or Privacy Officer.
